Hi there. My name is Nicholas Jones. Wooassist has come about from a need that I have had since my first eCommerce business in 2003. Finding reliable and affordable developers so I can concentrate on sales and business development instead of also having to deal with technical issues. I achieved this and now have a strong team in the Philippines.
It was hard work to get established. But once I did, I thought “There must be others that also need this”. And Wooassist was born. I now have the capacity to deliver real value to other WooCommerce store owners. Like me, this will allow you to reach your businesses true potential.

John Fabros – General Manager / Lead Project Manager
Responsible for keeping the ship running smoothly, John oversees all aspects of the company operations. A jack of all trades, he is the Swiss army knife of the team. John is also the Lead Project Manager making sure the project management is done to our high standards.
Robelle Tan – Project Manager / Lead SEO
A veteran of maintaining websites, Robelle is one of the project managers on the team while also being the resident expert on Social Media and SEO. With years of experience managing people and projects, he brings his expertise to the table on all of his projects.
Karl Badeo – Lead Developer
Wooassist would be nothing without the guidance of our WordPress and WooCommerce experts, and Karl is the head of our pack. He brings his years of experience developing websites to the team, handling client requests and managing our technical strategies and implementations.
Darryl Henson – Admin / SEO
With an eye for detail and organizational skill to match, Darryl is the backbone of the Wooassist team. Handling a share of the team’s SEO, content creation and marketing, he is more importantly, responsible for most of the administrative duties – ensuring that the system continues to run smoothly from behind the scenes.
Jocel Tan – SEO / VA
SEO, being a prime component of any effective e-commerce plan, is an important service that we provide to our clients, and Jocel is the key cog of our operations. It is by her proficiency with SEO that we are able to produce the best results for our clients. As such, her work is an integral piece of our overall service.
